After launching the Deutsch Bahn AG career website in 2012 to accompany the employer branding campaign „A job like no other“, the client determined that the focus for 2015 would be recruiting new hires from school or university.
Challenged by complex scientific algorithms, in 2015 we created an interactive career orientation tool for Deutsche Bahn AG to help young graduates to find their first job.
My responsibility was to create the interface design, to keep the process aligned with the development, and to take care of the quality assurance. For all the illustrations we teamed up with the studio, Mother Volcano, from Porto, Portugal.
